I grew up in South Florida, surrounded by many different breeds of dogs, horses, and a variety of other animals. My dad’s favorite pastime was hunting, so Labradors, German Shorthair Pointers, Weimaraners, Collies, and Spaniels were all part of the family. Although we had so many different breeds of dogs, I loved them all! One of my favorites was a terrier mix that had been dumped off at our nursery at a young age. I taught him many tricks but the most impressive one was to jump up on the side of my horse for me to catch him. This was the beginning of my deep connection and love affair with dogs.

At the age of 18, I acquired my first Rottweiler. Early on, I started with obedience training and Schutzhund and began working hard to learn everything I could about the breed. After purchasing several more Rotties, I bred a pup, Calvin that had show potential. Following competitions in AKC events, I was hooked for life. For many years, I bred and competed with my Rottweilers. I am a member of the American Rottweiler Club for the past 26 years, a member of the Dogo Club Of American (DACA) and the American Bulldog Club (BCA).

Throughout many years I have acquired and loved other breeds of dogs, including Bernese Mountain Dogs, English Bulldogs, and French Bulldogs. I was drawn to the flashy white Dogo Argentino, who is athletic, intelligent, and a hardy animal that keep us all safe. The most recent addition to our family is the American Staffordshire terrier, Boris. I’m very pleased with all of his accomplishments since he came into our lives.

Over my years in breeding and training, there have been many dogs that I have loved and lost. Throughout my journey I have bred dogs that offspring have acquired over 30 different AKC titles, including an ARC Silver producer, Specialty and Group winner, UD, tracking, and agility titles.

Thank you so much to those of you who had loved, cared for, and titled these amazing dogs. I know the immense amount of time, effort, and passion it takes to have achieved this. Most of my time has been dedicated to taking care of, training, and loving these dogs. They are special to me, and I couldn’t imagine my life without them.
